Parking in Kilkenny
This is a little guide to parking in Kilkenny. Most car parks are free on Sundays, I have noted which ones are not. You usually get 15 minutes free. Often I have customers that believe they have a free ticket from the machine, this only gives them 15 minutes. There are some car parks such as County Hall that I have left out due to lack of information, and the APCOA car parks at MacDonagh train station as they require an app.
On street parking is also free on Sundays, the machines will still take your money. I generally park at Carnegie library/ John’s Quay or at Desart Court.
